Shipping and Delivery
All shipping services used by shadesspot.com provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event multiple orders from the same account with the same shipping destination orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested.
Please note that during sale, Standard and Express shipping may experience possible delays. During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.
Holidays Extended exchange and return
All non-prescription purchases made between November 29 and December 24 may be returned through January 10.
Exchange and Return
If you are not 100% satisfied with the glasses you have purchased, please request a return and send the glasses back to us. All returns must be made within 14 days for Domestic orders and 21 days for International orders from the original delivery date. If you would like to exchange the glasses you have received please fill out the return request and place a new order on our website. Additionally, all sale or clearance items should be considered as final sale and cannot be returned.
Please note, we do not accept contact lens returns; however, will replace any manufacture damaged items.
Orders with Prescription Lenses
All frames with prescription lenses are made custom to you and your prescription and cannot be returned/refunded. While we do not accept returns on the frames with lenses, we do have a satisfaction guarantee on all lenses. If within the first 30 days of receipt the lenses are not working for you based on the Rx info you provided, we will happily cover the cost of bringing the frame back in and re-making the lenses correctly for you, free of charge.
Prescription Lenses Replacement
If your lenses were made incorrectly based on the prescription specifications provided to shadesspot.com, we will happily remake your lenses at no charge. You have 30 days from the day you receive your new lenses to notify us if anything is wrong.
Orders for 3 products or more
Please note that 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in case you placed an order for 3 or more products and decided to return it all.
Wrong address, non received items and returns
If the item is not received and is returned to our warehouse by postal service company as undeliverable $9.99 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Missing item or damaged product fee
Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the plastic tag, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals(i. e. any product not in «sellable» condition).
How to return an item
Before returning a product, please submit a return request online by logging to your account at our website. During return request process you will be given an option to request a prepaid return label. A $9.99 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund in case you decide to use the pre-paid return label. After your return request has been approved please send the package back to us and we will process a refund within 48 hours after the package has been delivered to our warehouse. If you choose to ship your return via a different carrier, please insure the package and ship to address that provided on return authorization instruction.
Please note returns without an approved request will be rejected. All products must be returned with plastic tags attached, unused warranty cards, instruction booklets, cleaning cloths, and cases when applicable.
